Recent Buys and Sales (Aug 12 2016 - Sep 30 2016)

I was out for a few weeks on vacation and got lazy coming back. Sorry about that. Here we go

Sold

Geo Group Inc (GEO)
10 shares of GEO at a price of $23.42 = $234.20

I took a small hit after the DOJ decision to phase out private prisons. I guess bad timing on the buy. Thankfully it was a small purchase.

BHP Billiton (BBL)
17 shares of BBL at a price of $28.40 = $482.80

I have decided to sell all my shares of BBL (still haven't fully completed, will do soon). I believe the materials industry has started going upward a bit, but still lot of uncertainty and the divi dend cut didn't help. Will be sold out in the coming weeks/months.

Buys

Extra Space Storage (EXR)
12 shares of EXR at $76.65 + $3.95 comm. = $923.75

New Industrial REIT purchase. Was looking at both EXR and PSA. Excited with this purchase

10 shares of VIAB at an average price of $38.83 = $388.30

TRowe Price (TROW)
15 shares of TROW at $66.60 + $3.95 comm. = $1002.95

Average down on Trow and other stocks mentioned below

Equity Residential (EQR)
2 shares of EQR at an price of $65.01 = $130.02

Polaris Industries (PII)
6 shares of PII at $73.70 = $442.20

Wells Fargo (WFC)
2 shares of WFC at $45.61 = $91.22

Very disappointing to hold Wells Fargo stock after watching the CEO blabber on Elizabeth Warren questioning. Hold a large position. Will sell out in the future.

5 shares of VFC at $55.93 = $335.58

Total Investments =  $5414.73

Recent Buys (Aug 1 2016 to Aug 11 2016)

My Purchases over the past 2 weeks

Flower Foods (FLO)
56 shares of FLO at an average price of $16.11 = $902.48

Kept buying as the stock was hit by slightly missing revenue estimates and it's contractor model investigation by DOL. Not very bad news, bit of an overreaction. Very bullish on this stock and will buy more soon

The GEO Group Inc (GEO)
10 shares of GEO at an average price of $32.20 = $320.20

New purchase. Will add more

CF Industries (CF)
16 shares of CF at an average price of $20.95 = $335.27

Averaging down on the Cyclical stock. Not as solid as AGU. Risky stock. But good dividend. Hopefully bounces back.

Gilead Sciences (GILD)
1 share of GILD at a price of $78.53 = $78.53

Averaging down again.

Total Investments =  $1636.48

Sorry for the late posts. Have been busy with work and not many transactions in the month of July.
