Sold 1/3rd of my position in HCP. There is a chance of losing it's dividend aristocrat's status in the near future and will buy again if that happens and the price drops

New purchase. I like this bank along-with other US banks WFC, JPM, STI and USB. It's at it's 52 week low.

Tiffany (TIF)
18 shares of TIF at  price of $58.95 + $3.95 comm. = $1065.05

New purchase. This stock showed up on my screener for quite some time and finally made the purchase following Jason (former dividendmantra)

Metlife Inc (MET)
3 shares of MET at a price of $37.75 = $113.25

Prudential PLC (PUK)
3 shares of PUK at a price of $29.92 = $89.76

Valero (VLO)
7 shares at an average price of $49.28 = $345.01

Hollyfrontier Corp (HFC)

Been averaging down on the oil refinery stocks which are at a high risk level right now. This is a cyclical business and hopefully the oil prices go up eventually.

Recent Buys (Jun 18 2016 - Jun 27 2016)

Thoughts on Brexit (IMHO):

I don't think the Brexit supporters/ British public expected this result
It has some merits but more disadvantages
The paper money loss over the few days could have paid (on paper again) for the EU membership for at-least 25-50 years
I'm not sure if they can stop/slow immigration (legal/illegal/asylum/refugees) with this exit.
Without helping the poorer/unstable EU countries, the entire EU has a risk of falling down with them
IMHO, this is a stupid vote and poor result. They could have all sit together and come up with a new/different plan.
But the good news is it creates a buying opportunity. Please share your opinion too.
